In the Control panel, select <b>Incoming &#8211; Protection Settings <\/b>&gt;<b> Sender <span class=\"mc-variable General.Allow_list variable\">Allow list<\/span><\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kb.zerospam.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/sender-allowlist-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-27540\" src=\"https:\/\/kb.zerospam.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/sender-allowlist-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1659\" height=\"602\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>There are up to two tabs displayed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Sender <span class=\"mc-variable General.Allow_list variable\">Allow list<\/span> &#8211; Domain<\/b> -This tab allows you to manage the allowed sender list for mailboxes at specific domains. On this tab you can:\n<ul>\n<li><b>Add <\/b><span class=\"mc-variable General.Allow_list variable\">Allow list<\/span><b> sender<\/b> &#8211; Add a sender to the <span class=\"mc-variable General.Allow_list variable\">Allow list<\/span> for a specific domain. See Add Allow list sender &#8211; Domain tab<\/li>\n<li><b>Import senders from CSV<\/b> &#8211; Import a list of senders to add to the <span class=\"mc-variable General.Allow_list variable\">Allow list<\/span> for a specific domain via CSV file<\/li>\n<li><b>Export senders as CSV<\/b> &#8211; Export the list of senders to a CSV file<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Sender <span class=\"mc-variable General.Allow_list variable\">Allow list<\/span> &#8211; Recommended\/Inherited<\/b> &#8211; This tab allows you to view any inherited allowed senders that have been applied by a higher level admin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Add Sender to <span class=\"mc-variable General.Allow_list variable\">Allow list<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"1\">Click on <b>Add <span class=\"mc-variable General.Allow_list variable\">Allow list<\/span> sender<\/b> to open the dialog:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kb.zerospam.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/add-sender-to-allow-list.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-27538 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/kb.zerospam.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/add-sender-to-allow-list.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"728\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"2\">In the <b>Local-part<\/b> field, specify the local-part of the recipient address at the domain or leave blank to apply to the whole domain<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote><p>To apply the entry to <em>user1@my-domain.invalid<\/em>, only enter <em>user1<\/em> in the local part. To apply to <b>all<\/b> users at the domain, leave this box blank.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"3\">Choose which address you want to apply by selecting from the following <b>Sender Flags<\/b>:\n<ul>\n<li><b>Apply to Envelope Sender<\/b> &#8211; The SMTP Envelope sender from address only<\/li>\n<li><b>Apply to From: Address<\/b> &#8211; The MIME message header from address only<\/li>\n<li><b>Apply to both<\/b> &#8211; both the SMTP Envelope sender from address and the MIME message header from address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li value=\"4\">In the <b>Address<\/b> field, enter the email address of the sender you want to allow<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote><p>To add a whole domain to the sender <span class=\"mc-variable General.Allow_list variable\">Allow list<\/span>, enter the domain in the format: <em>domain-to-allowlist.invalid<\/em>.
